Vox Legis is an annual student-run in-house magazine of the Faculty of Law, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Vox Legis was first published in 2017, with the hope to be a beacon of new ideas with the support of thoughtful and relevant legal analysis. Each edition of Vox Legis was released with a new theme that aimed to spark conversations and discussions among readers.
It welcomes contemporary submissions on all legal issues and aims to provide a platform for authors to express their stand on the same. At the same time, it also fosters the growth of writing and research skills among authors. Furthermore, Vox Legis captures the thoughts and advice of eminent legal personalities and provides guidance to future law enthusiasts.
It started with the first edition of Vox Legis of which the theme speaks about the revival of mankind, as a metaphor for the socio-legal issues prevalent in the society, in “Code Blue” followed by the journey of the man in ‘En Route’ and existing beyond a physical level with ‘Transcendence’.
But that’s not all that Vox Legis is, it is ever-growing.
